About Me

A notorious early adopter, John is an expert at using technology to develop innovative marketing solutions.  John began his career at Edge Research, a boutique marketing research firm, where he worked his way up to managing the company’s online research services.  At Edge, John created custom research tools that contributed to the development of highly successful marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies and international non-profit organizations.  John started Digsus in 2006 to help professional bloggers, smaller non-profits and technology start-ups with marketing in his spare time.  In 2009, he became a full-time independent consultant  focusing on green business projects in the DC area.  Currently, John is under contract with The Teaching Company where he conducts research for the marketing and product development teams.

John has an MBA from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University and a BS from the University of Mary Washington.  John likes to stay active by cycling, skiing, traveling, gardening, and rooting for DC United in his free time.
